Service Description

Shape & color will be selected during the consultation. Client has the choice to tattoo just the top or top & bottom eyeliner. Eyeliner tattooing reduces the need for daily eyeliner application. It is smudge proof & water proof. Enhancing the appearance of the eyes to appear larger, more define and balanced. All PMU (Permanent Makeup) Services include free touch ups with-in one (1) year of initial appointment date. Must wait 4-6 weeks between appointments to allow for proper healing.
